​DAY 1: Marrakesh - Telouate - Ouarzazate

Morning departure crossing the High Atlas 2260m high passage of Tizi n'Tichka arriving in Telouet for the visit of Kasbah Pacha Glaoui. Lunch in Tasga restaurant. Heading through the old caravan tracks crossing the amazing Ounila Valley and its dozens of mountain Berber villages until we reach the UNESCO Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou for a special visit. Road to Ouarzazate where you diner and stay overnight .

DAY 2:Ouarzazate - Gorges du Todra - Merzouga

Leaving Ouarzazate around 7:30am towards Skoura where we'll have a quick 20 minutes visit of the Amredhyle Kasbah, one of the wonders of the southern "Route of the thousand kasbahs". Continuing our journey through the Valley of the Roses where we'll have a 15 minute stop in Et Kella M'Gouna. Heading Boulmane, reaching Tinghir and 20km after, its fabulous canyons, the Gorges du Todra Canyons. Free time to walk around the "gorges", enjoy the river and the fabulous views. Lunch at a local restaurant. After midday we drive to Tinjedad and Touroug Palm Plantations reaching Erfoud town for a visit of a local fossil craft workshop. Continuing to the fascinating dunes of Erg Chebbi, The Dunes of Merzouga. Overnight in the Hotel.

DAY 3:Merzouga- Tafilalt-Rissani-Khamlia-Camel trek

After taking your breakfast,we will take a tour to explore the palmerie of Tafilalt with its Ksours. Lunch in the town of Rissani and then travel from there to the village of Khamlia to attend the Gnaoua performance. Back to Merzouga to take the camel trek and night in the desert.

DAY 4:Merzouga-Midelt-Fes

 

Travel from the desert crossing the eastern high Atlas mountains to get to Midelt for lunch then travel across the middle Atlas mountains to see the Barbary apes at the cedar forest near Azrou. Arrival to Fes by the evening.
