ITINERARIES​

Itineraries featured on our tours are examples of tours and activities with different levels and prices. Occasionally our itineraries change as we make improvements based on comments from past travelers and our own research . But as we understand,travelers are sometimes willing to customize their trips to suit their traveling needs and budget. So that is why we are very flexible and can arrange and assist you on any kind of tour you want. You can send us an email or simply give us a call to advise on your trip planning.

PAYMENT POLICY​

​

 

For a firm confirmation of your holiday with us, a deposit of 50% of the total amount for all travelers is required at the time of booking , with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days prior to starting date of the tour.

​

Desert Tours and Day trips should be booked and paid in full at the time of making your booking.

​

Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.  You can pay for your tour either by PayPal, Bank wire or US Checks.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY​

​

 

If you must cancel your tour, the following fees will be applied :

​

 

• More than 60 days prior to departure date. Refund in full.

• 60-45 days prior to departure date will be charged a cancellation fee of 40% of the total tour cost.

• 45-30 days prior to departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the total tour cost.

• 30 days or less prior to departure date will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost.

 

 

 

MINIMUM PASSENGER NUMBERS​

​

 

Small Group Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Minimum passenger numbers differ between tours and season but We do not take more than 15 people on each tour as we know that traveling with less people give the opportunity to all our guests to experience more and get the best of their time with us. In circumstances where minimum numbers are not reached an alternative may be offered or a smaller vehicle used. If a tour is cancelled due to minimum passenger numbers not being reached, passengers will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.
